The team has all arrived and getting ready for a week of sports camps, pastor training, English classes, and other training. We also hope to accomplish some work on various projects. Always lots to do and the kids are excited to have two coaches here to work with them. More updates tomorrow!

The main bridge is continuing to rise up from the water. Soon the men will begin to prepare the top deck and the road access to the bridge.
The new coffee washing station that is the cornerstone of the economic portion of the Hope plan is now running. With this important step underway, the other focuses of the Hope for a Thousand Hills sustainability program will continue to grow.
The men continue to build the walls of the new bridge. in the entire time the plantation has been around they have never been able to easily get from one side to the other. Soon this new bridge will help everyone easily join together.

The rains have stopped and the men are back working today to get the main bridge completed. Soon the old wooden bridge will be gone and a safe route to the elementary school and the clinic will be finished.
The plantation is having heavy rains today and the men were not able to work on the new bridge, or to start the equipment at the washing station. Tomorrow should be a better day as the rains are to stop.
